For dinner we tracked down NZ award-winning pizza at "Fat Pipi's." We snapped beautiful sunset pics on the beach, including the famous Hokitika driftwood sign while our pizza cooked. 
Their specialty is the “whitebait pizza” which of course we had to try. Better that we hadn’t thought it through, because midway into our first bites the girls noticed eyes on the pizza! They were brave and each ate their entire piece, but opted to fill up on the Kung Pu chicken pizza instead. 
We stopped to see glow worms on way home for the night. Quietly, we walked down the trail in pitch black and found glowworms on the walls all around us.
